Channeling by the Assembly of Light through Abby Haydon

We would wish to thank you for your desire to heal your lives and expand. We are going forward. You have the concepts of forward and backward, up and down. We would wish to talk to you in these terms. It is a matter of evolution in the sense that you are evolving and you are going forward at a pace that has been unprecedented for people upon this planet. You are beginning to make a great journey forward. You are beginning to expand outward. You are beginning to move in directions in your life that have not shown much change or movement for some time. Now is the time of going forward at a great pace. We have discussed in previous sessions, that there is a need for dropping off that which does not serve you. This will enable the new beauty that is you can now come forth.

There is an adjustment that is coming. There is a new way of being that you will come to experience. This will be an experience of going forward. You will be growing and opening. Those who are searching, reading, discussing their feelings and experiences and their connections to the Unknown, are ready to progress and move forward in their lives.

You cannot stand still. You cannot go backwards. That is not part of this cycle that you are presently in. It is a cycle of evolution. It is a cycle of expansion and progression. It is important for you to realize that when you drop off what is not serving you, it may appear that your life may be more unpleasant. Your life may be more difficult. You may not see yourself meeting your goals. You may not seem to be going toward your projection of the future. You may feel as if you are not making any progress. You may feel you are treading water or just keeping afloat when you wish to swim to the land the Land of Enlightenment and Fulfillment.

Know that you are always going toward that which is strengthening your connection to Divine Energy. You are releasing and letting fall away the veils, the curtains. Masks, and obstacles that keep you from experiencing Divine Love in all of its wondrous forms. What you are experiencing now may seem as chaos to you. These times may seem to be taking you back to a way of being that you experienced when you were younger. You may not be achieving as much materially as you did in past. Know that achievement is experienced on many levels. Know that all of these new experiences are bringing you closer to the evolution, harmony and Divine Peace that you desire. At times, in order to release, you may experience pain, trauma and sadness. Know that all of these experiences are part of your journey to where you would wish to be: You closer to experiencing the Divine within a mortal body. With things dropping away and changing, people and places leaving or coming, you may feel a variety of emotions. It is important to let the feelings pass and know that these experiences are taking you toward the Divine. Know that how unusual or strange or difficult a situation may seem to you, know that you are on the path of greater evolution and glory.

Many times you may have experiences where will feel stuck. The standards that you may be judging your achievement by are the standards of the old ways. It is these standards that you are leaving behind. New criteria for life experience is manifesting. New ideals and goals will manifest. For many, what you have worked hard to achieve may not easily fit into the new evolutionary ideals and standards.

You may not feel that you are progressing. You may see others passing you. It may seem that they are going very swiftly ant that you are standing still.

This is absolutely untrue. It is an illusion, like so much here. It is an illusion that you are going backwards. In truth there is only one way: that is the way of expansion to encompass more light. Now there is only expansion towards all that is possible for you. This is where this journey is taking you: to more and more , Not less, but always more. That is the nature of this cycle. It is the nature of this time, this cycle within cycle, these times within Time. It is a time when the human body will be all that it can be. Your body will serve you and bring forth all that it is capable of bringing forth.

You may have feelings of going forward, of expanding that will deal with your physical body. You will feel your body changing. At times you may have aches and pains. You may feel that you cannot stand up another minute. You may feel that your body is aging or not working or, that it is not serving you as it had before. Know that it only going through a process of restructuring. This is necessary so it can expand to this new fullness. After a period of aches and pains, you will have new sensations, you will smell new smells and see the details of objects with greater clarity. You will feel energy going through you that will help you hear the music of the stars. You will see more dimensions in the beauty of the rain and the clouds.

At times of regrouping, at times of reorganizing yourself, know that you are in the midst of a process of expansion. This is the only way to go. From whatever point you are starting from, will more greatness, beauty and joy come to you. Those that open their hearts and minds to this, will make the expansion much easier. You will feel more benefits and be amazed at what your body can do.

This is only one of the areas in which expansion is being brought forth. This is what we want to describe as a forward movement, a progression or progress. Know and have this idea planted within yourself.

Everything in your existence is coming closer to the Divine. Everything is resonating at another level.This is the journey that you are taking.

At times when you may feel weighted down and seeing others around feeling bliss and joy, know that you are expanding, just as they are. Your expansion is unique. Your way of being is getting more beautiful and profound. Know this truth within your heart. Know that this should be your guideline. You may even wish to create a sign that says EVERYTHING IS GETTING BETTER. There will be times when doubt will be filling your mind and heart. It is because you are turning your heart, mind and all aspects of yourself toward the Divine, that the Light Energy is coming towards you. It is helping to transform negativity, problems and distress. In the darkness of despair and misery, know that you are progressing and going forward. You are becoming more of Divine Essence in Manifestation each moment.

There will be many unusual situations happening for the next several months. There will be unusual phenomena that is bringing adjustments and changes and restructuring to individuals, groups, countries and nations.

Often, it may be hard, when we are looking at a small section of existence and examining it closely to feel that everyting is improving. . You see flaws. Yet life is really showing to you that your existence is expanding. It is unfortunate that those who are in charge of communication, those who have the duty to bring forth information, often focus on the negative. You may be feeling that the world is worse and that your life is worse. It is because you are looking at a small part. You are not seeing the whole, When you see the beauty of this planet and what is beginning to be transformed, then you will know that greatness is coming forth. That is the most wonderful experience that can be known.

It is important not to focus on areas of negativity or areas that might seem negative to you. This area is in transition.

It is our perception and it will also come to you from other beings that communicate as we do, that you are growing and going forward into the Light of the Divine. You are bringing forth a greater, more beautiful planet. For even though there may be fighting in one place or destruction in another place, turmoil with the land in another place, know that these happenings are not representations of the whole of this wonderful orb upon which you live. Beings from many dimensions and levels will be in communication with you and tell you that everything is getting better. There are beings whose function, now, is to simply come and bring this good news. They will help you see this. It is too often that you are focused on a small problem. This is what happens to your body when it has a small cut on the hand. Your whole body may be happy and functioning well, but the pain causes all your attention to go to this one little area. If the pain is strong enough, you may think that your whole body is not feeling well. But, in truth, it is a small, isolated area that is going through change so that it can be stronger.

What must be healed and transformed will happen. It is this change that , at times, is confusing and unsettling. Know that no matter what you may be exposed to or perceive from others, you are going towards the light.

We would wish to give to you this vision. It is the vision of Expanding Light. We would wish you to see yourself , as you are, standing on a beautiful mountain top. You are at the pinnacle of the mountain. You raise your arms upward towards the sky. Beautiful beams of green and lavender come forth. One comes from above your head and one from below your feet. This energy is filling your form. Your form begins to expand and you become taller. You see yours arms and hands and feet growing. Know that this is a symbol of the new expansion that is going on within yourself.

So, no matter what mayhem you may see around you, everything is progressing towards the Light.

This is the good tidings that we bring to you. .

As this year progresses, as the new year begins, whenever any situation comes to you that is unpleasant, do not let it create a mindset for you that will take you into despair and hopelessness. Do not allow any information that may come to you , that is unpleasant, to create a downward spiral of emotion. It is simply not necessary to dwell upon this. It is of course, within your nature to sympathetic and compassionate, but know that the best is coming for them and for you. You may feel sympathy and understanding and then release that energy. Know and trust within your heart that your planet, neighborhood and family and you are reaching towards the light. Do not allow anything to undermine your awareness that all has the potential to be good and happy in your world. Your world is getting better each day and with each breath you take.

If you are feeling overwhelmed with negativity, then allow yourself to see this vision of the Expanding Spiral of White Light. See yourself standing up. See at the bottom of your feet a beautiful white spiral that starts to come up your body. This beautiful spiral is enveloping you in energy that feels light and peaceful. See this spiral coming up over your body to the top of your head. If this is all the time that you are capable of giving to this vision, then that is sufficient. If you have more time, see the spiral going up, passing beyond your body and going up into the heavens. This will help you to restructure your mind if you are beginning to dwell on something that you have heard about a trauma upon the planet Allow your attention to be shifted and transformed. Allow the upward spiral of Divine Light to help and assist you and keep in a state of positive openness

Feeling overshadowed by negativity closes you . That is contrary to the energy flow on the planet. Trusting and knowing that Divine Greatness is happening and that energy is working to bring forth this Joy will help you to walk over this hill of discomfort so that you may keep going forward. This will keep you progressing on your journey to the light.

We wish to encourage you with these ideas, for encouragement is needed. You are very brave to be reading these words. You are brave to allow yourself to have this knowledge. In doing this are we helping you to know that you are supported . You are being lifted by countless angels and divine beings who are carrying you to you new destination : a place where you may bask in the warmth of Divine Love.
