Channeling by the Assembly of Light through Abby Isadora Haydon

Throughout history, it has been important for people to express themselves as individuals. They have felt that it is important to have their work acknowledged as a single creator. . This desire for recognition has been important to people such as an artists, writers and politicians. Now however, people will begin to see themselves and their life work and productivity as part of a group.

The new trend that is coming forth is that of group or community collaboration. This new way of working will create many new benefits to humanity.

It has often been the lone thinker who have worked by themselves and gone through a solo process that has enabled them to create. They go through a period of individual connection to the project that they are birthing .This is usually the case for many people who compose music or draw plans for houses. This is the way they connect to the source of their inspiration.

Now, however a new dynamic is forming in the way that people will connect to that inspiration and bring forth the spark of creation into these dimensions.

Many individuals now bring the work that they have created on their own to be evaluated by others after it has been conceived and formed. It is then that they bring their products, healing tools, their scientific discoveries, their social plans for changes, their blueprints for streets and towns to the world to others to help them manifest them.

In the next few years, the concept of Unity will begin to pervade the workplace and all walks of life where creation takes place. This will happen for those who may wish to create something functional such as a town or a road or a park. It will also affect creations that are more ethereal such as music, art or spiritual healing. Individuals will come together first, and from the energies that they have within themselves many beautiful projects will be birthed.

Birthing any new work will become a group project. This will be because there is a new frequency that is manifesting upon the planet. The phenomena will be seen more and more as the new energies of consciousness begin to form. Some of the people that come together will be friends, some will be strangers. The occurrence of individuals coming together , talking and sharing their energy and ideas that will lead to something new be born.

It will come to be that individuals will spend all the time that they would considering "working", time that they spend on what may be considered a job, simply being with others and allowing what will form to come into being.

This will make it easier for new products and services that are in harmony with the new frequencies of this planet to come into existence. This is why this new way of people working together will enhance the potential of the group process. They will not come to work and sit at their desk in an office by themselves. They will come and spend the majority of their time with others, sharing energy and ideas and the labor needed to create a new paper clip or stove or hairstyle. The result will be that the way to make the paper clip will be much quicker and the paper clip will be in harmony with the energies of this new world. This will mean that it will be quicker and easier to make new products that will fill the needs of a changing humanity.

As you come to this Age of Enlightenment, to this time that has been termed The Age of Aquarius, will the power and ability of the group be used to its full capacity and appreciated. Many businesses, large and small, dealing with all aspects upon this planet, will begin to see that this idea of group conception and birthing will work better to fill the needs of this rapidly changing planet.

The new energies that are coming to the planet now, the galactic configurations and alignment that are forming, are bringing expansion of consciousness toward the state of Christ or Unity consciousness. This can not help but change the way in which humanity fulfills all of its needs. The forces of industry and commerce that are running much of the production upon this little orb are beginning to see that working in teams and groups yields greater fruits then having a lone employee bring forth what is in his or her mind alone. As the energies of the planet come closer to this alignment, will it become apparent that the power of the group can produce much more then was ever expected.

This new energetic will also be evident in the health care industry. Those that administrate this arena will begin to see that working together at all times, without separation, will create greater healing then when each health care professional comes to minister to the ill separately. This will create a whole new way of dealing with patients in hospitals. There will be care taking groups that will bring the assistance that the ill need, instead of the doctor coming at one time, the nurse coming at another time. It is then that those who work in this field will see the healing power of the group. There will be more harmony in the type of care that the ill receive. This will promote swifter and often instantaneous healing.

This will be happening because the energies of the planet are changing. What is happening within the hearts of those upon the planet as they open to the light will encourage and strengthen the power of the group.

In many realms of your existence, will this appreciation of the group dynamic begin to manifest upon its own . The value of group energy and collaboration will become popular and useful to types of work which have never utilized the group dynamic. The barriers that now separate humans from one another in so many areas of life will begin to melt away. There will spontaneously be greater appreciation, understanding and acceptance of the group’s ability to achieve. This will begin to be seen within the next ten years. There will be many groups that will be making startling achievements in many arenas of existence that will become pioneers for the concept of group birthing.

There will be groups that will have the task of major restructuring of large organizations and businesses. This new structure will bring greater satisfaction not only to the "bottom line " of productivity and profit, but it will bring the personal feelings of self worth and pride that is lacking in many organizations. The totality of what the group process can offer will begin to be evidenced in business, the humanities, travel and other types of activities, be they for profit or pleasure. .

We have discussed before that there will be communities of people coming together to live. So will there be communities of people coming together to work together. A person may live in one group and then go to another group to do work that manifests income and sustenance of life. This will be the result of the greater harmony, unity and balance that is coming forth among all humans. The idea that one must be alone to understand oneself or bring forth their greatness will begin to melt away. It will come to be seen that the reflection and amplification of one’s inner beauty can be best brought forth with others who act as a crystal that can amplify the energy and beauty of an individual.

The separation that has kept you all from feeling you are united will fade away as the energy of Unity brings its presence to this planet. The power of the group will become more acceptable and more desirable and produce beneficial outcomes for any situation then would ever have been thought. This will come to be a natural way of being as you go into the next century on this planet.

Even those who are now connected to the group consciousness that is termed the Internet, will begin to come together and function in a different way. This will not only affect what is considered Cyberspace, but it will bring healing and wholeness to the physical reality.

There is a time coming that we would wish to describe as the Great Migrations. Many people will become uprooted and make changes. They will go to different places and gather with others to form many types of groups. They will restructure their existence. This will be seen first in living situations. As time progresses, it will also be changing the productivity and creation of what is necessary and enjoyable for living. These blendings will come naturally from inside individuals, who will feel the motivation to use the power of the group to change their outer world. It will be apparent that it is easier and more enjoyable to spend your day in communication with others. It will be easier for your tasks to be completed with assistance , then by working upon it yourself.

Within the next twenty years, there will be centers that will be devoted to musical, medical and transportation discoveries. They will naturally attract those who have something to contribute to these centers. A person may be attracted to the medical center, yet have no training in the health field. Yet the energy of Unity consciousness will bring them there. It may be that their endurance or courage that is needed to birth a new discovery. There will not be any judgement about why someone is in a group, only acceptance and a pervading feeling that what they have to offer is needed.

It is for these reasons that individuals should be flexible and allow the group energy to manifest through them. It is important for you to feel that you can make these changes and come together with others. As the energy of Christ Consciousness becomes stronger upon this planet, will the desire to unite with other become stronger. The desires to break down the barriers and walls that separate you will start to vanish. You will be hearing the song of many parts of yourself that have never been expressed, suddenly singing to you.

This blending will be something that you will want to do. That feeling, that many have, to spend the rest of their lives on a mountain, away from others, with their pain and sadness, will begin to disappear.

The calling to be with others who resonate with you will become even stronger as time progresses. Families may break apart so that new ones may form. The same will happen with businesses. The criteria for this restructuring may or may not be understood within each individual. Some may see a clear picture, some a vague sense, some may be moving in a direction and not know shy. Some may not know why they feel the need to work and share with others, perhaps for the first time in their lives.

As this phenomena begins to manifest, we would only wish to encourage you to be open. Follow the inner callings that are leading you. The levels of human connection will begin to expand. The depth and profundity of emotion will be experienced that has not been felt by humans for many eons upon this planet. You may be called to go a great distance to be part of a group . Do not judge the group you may be drawn to, just honor the song within yourself. Just let the feeling of comfort and love of the group guide you.

Smaller groups will be interacting with larger groups. You may not stay with the same group for a long time. You may be there for a weekend or a year. Don’t evaluate what you are contributing to the group by the standards that you presently have, such as Why am I here?, What am I contributing?, What is the outcome?. We can only encourage you to release the criteria or standards that you have for coming together with others, so that a whole new grouping may be brought forth.

There are vast currents of energy that are forming and reforming here in this solar system and galaxy. Many have spoken of the importance of realizing that you are part of this restructuring. You will cease having the thought, Are my needs being met? And you will begin to think, Our needs are being met!

Many of the young people that have been born within the past 10-15 years will feel a great harmony with group consciousness. They will find it easy to be part of the group.

We would wish to give you this vision: it is the vision of Group Energy. See your planet and see individuals coming from all different corners of the planet. They will be going to certain areas that you will see vibrating with blue, lavender, green and turquoise. There will be beams of light shooting up from the planet and you will see people migrating towards them. You will see people moving towards the beams of light. They will be connecting and forming a beautiful circle of light. The color that they are attracted to will then begin to fill them. They will radiate this color. You will see a circle of people radiating green, another radiating lavender. You will see this all over the planet.

These colors radiate different vibrational frequencies that manifest different aspects of life here. Even now, you may be feeling callings to certain places, and you know not why. It will be clearer to you soon, that you would wish to go to these areas of light. You may think that you will be going there to live, but it will be clear to you that you will be there to birth many new life experiences.

Please be open to hear the song of the group stirring within you. If you do not hear it clearly, do not feel that you are missing out. People will experience this frequency in varying degrees. For some, it will be very strong, for some, it will be subtle. For young people, it will be coming stronger and stronger. For their children, the group will be an accepted experience.

To whatever extent you feel this experience happening to you, do not doubt that you are part of this transition, whether it is talking, yelling or whispering to you, your perception of it is in harmony with who you are and what you have come here to do.

We would encourage you to celebrate the birthing of the group consciousness in your world.
