We would wish to thank you for your desire to grow toward who you are You all have many talents that you have been using and will continue to use.

We would wish to discuss with you the potential of your physical form and the mental and emotional aspects that will be working together. There will be many new physical sensations coming. There will be many new ways of bringing forth the potential of who you are and what you are capable of doing. One of the first areas in which you will see changes is the realm of the senses. Sight, Hearing Smell and Touch will begin to be sensitized and more powerful. The greater abilities of the senses will be stimulated within you. You may find that you may be able to read better without assistance of reading glasses. You may find that your sense of smell will become more acute. You may find that your hearing WILL become more sensitive and your hearing will seem more powerful. All of these experiences are part of the activities that will be brought forth as you progress into what we would wish to term the restructuring of the physical form. Many have discussed this in the past. Many have described the changes in what is termed the DNA of your physical form. It is the recoding of your physical body. There are many imprints and messages that have been left in the physical form. This is one aspect of what is being brought forth in the physical body. Now there will be many children born with this restructuring in the DNA already done. Those of you who are in the physical body now will begin to feel this restructuring going on within you. You will find that there will be greater sensitivity to many parts of your life. There will be greater awareness. Your perceptions of all that you think and feel will be enhanced. You will begin to see, hear and smell these changes. It is important to not allow fear to surround this. What you will be experiencing is an example of the rapid evolution of the physical Form. It is but one example of the beauties that are coming to you.

There will be an increase in physical strength. Greater physical endurance will be experience. Yet another benefit from the change in the DNA will be that of rejuvenation. This will include the skin and all organs of the physical system. This is being brought froth as a by-product in this growth in consciousness. It is also a wonderful experience for you. You have all come into this physical form sensing that your body can do more. You sense that you have more physical potential then you are capable of using. All of you have this awareness and have had it for much of your life. This is one of the motivations that causes you to strive to create and bring forth the beauty of your existence.

We would wish to encourage you to realize that you are experiencing through your physical body , through your emotions and mind all the greatness that is coming as your species evolves. You are experiencing this on many levels. Many have felt their hearts open and felt that their minds were becoming attuned to the Divine. This is happening because what affects the mind and emotions must also affect the physical form. This expansion of the spirit is also expansion of the body. It is the expansion of this vehicle of sensation and manifestation that you have all taken on at this time.

There will be awareness coming to you about this. There will be certain individuals that will have very dramatic and rapid expansion of the physical form. These are people who will become part of the news media. They will then help bring this expansion of many others. Some of the occurrences that may HAPPEN will be on a profound level. This might include an experience such as legs regenerating and CRIPPLED people beginning to walk . Those who have little vision will suddenly begin to see great distances.

So, there will be a rebirth of lost abilities of the body or an expansion of the abilities of a fully functioning body. This may come to everyone at different speeds and increments. There may be bursts of energy and experiences. You may suddenly find that you may be able to do something that you had not been able to do for some time. The physical limitation that you have will now begin to be transformed.

These changes are happening to your DNA and physical body, and also to aspects of yourself that are beyond your ability to perceive at the moment. Know that this is an experience that you have come here to take part in. This is an experience that you have chosen to bring forth. It is part of the reason why you have decided to come here. It will be interesting for you to see the rejuvenation of your system. It may take several years for some. It may only be several months for others. It may occur in a short period of time, or happen over a longer time period. Know that every person on this planet will be able to experience this. It is your openness and willingness to experience this that will help this come forth sooner. It will be happening eventually to all. This will be one of the reasons why there will be an opening and expansion in the communities of spirit. There will be communities where individuals will wish to live and work. In the beginning, people will feel more comfortable when they are surrounded by others who are also having the same type of physical as well as emotional and mental experiences. Many may leave the cities and wish to be in quieter places where there is more nature. The songs of the birds will become louder. The songs of the traffic as well. The energies that surround you will become stronger It is for this reason that many may wish to leave where they are residing and be in a place that in greater harmony with nature and Divine Energy. This will be the motivation for many who are bringing forth these changes. It is important to realize that one needs to be flexible and easygoing with these changes that will be coming in the body. You also need to be flexible about where you will be and what type of activity you are doing. you may feel drawn to be in a place where there are very few people. You may wish to be in a community of many who are like minded. Do not feel that your desires to bring this forth are strange and unusual. Do not feel that you are unusual for wishing this. In the beginning there may not be many individuals who will be going through these changes. Those who are will wish to group together. This is why these communities of light will be brought forth. It will be at these places of sacred energy that many will come to meet periodically. These places will have a divine focus of energy that many will wish to experience.

Those of you who are open to bringing forth this great energy with gusto will be those who are feeling these changes and allowing themselves to flow with them.

Following the path that this energy leads you to will also bring many strangers into your sphere of influence. These people may be strangers but will feel comfortable to you.

We would wish to give to you this beautiful vision of the Guiding Light of Divine Expansion. See yourself in a beautiful forest. You are sitting there, under the trees. You are enjoying the beauty of the day. You are basking in the smell of the flowers and the softness of the breeze. Suddenly you stand up and it is as if you see yourself standing before you. This energy body that looks like you walks out from your physical body and stands before you. You see yourself as being a beautiful, shimmering gold and lavender light. You realize that this is you bringing forth a new aspect of yourself. As you look at your energy body, you may see it changing. You may see it growing larger. You may see your face changing or your limbs changing. This is showing you the potential that you have within yourself. This energy body will then come back into your physical body and you will see and feel the difference within you as you look down at your hands.

You are the ones who are taking the strides needed to bring forth. this change in the body Within the next few years. Humanity will look at you and those like you and know that you have led the way.

You will begin to feel different desires to do different types of activities. You may feel very drawn to gardening and working with the earth. You may feel attracted to being with animals. You may spend hours looking at the stars. Your ability to perceive your environment will be expanded.

This is all very unusual. This has not transpired upon a planet this rapidly in many, many eons. The miracle that is being brought forth upon this planet is very beautiful. You are a wonderful part of it. As you continue on with your life, know that these changes will be blended harmoniously with your life. These new elements of your life will be introduced at the same time: The change in the physical form, the different type of activities, and the journeys that call you. All of this will eventually be coming into harmony and balance for you. This initial beginning, that can be a little disconcerting. Many come to this planet to experience what we would wish to describe as static. They come to experience non-change. The beings here seem to change so slowly. It is possible to structure one’s life so completely and become involved in daily experiences that seem so static. In truth, it is the nature of this planet and everything in existence to change. So now this place that has moved and changed so slowly will now be known as a place where there is rapid change, transformation and evolution. You are all helping to bring this forth. By honoring yourself and acknowledging that these changes are happening within you and welcoming them are you bringing forth this potential.

Do not be alarmed if you are to wake one evening and the sheets on your bed feel different. The fur of your pet feels different. The coffee that you have every morning begins to seem like it has a different texture. These little ways in which you will be seeing life changing, your physical form expanding and consciousness evolving are the signposts , the lights to help you see that something unusual is happening in your world. No beings in other solar systems have experienced evolution as rapidly as you are now feeling it.

We would encourage you all to give thanks for all of the beauty that is coming to you. We would encourage you for the next three to four months to gather in ceremony whenever possible. Create your own ceremony. Simply give thanks. Thanks for being here at this time to experience this beauty. You are seeing a baby being born inside of you. You are seeing the new you coming forth. You are seeing the true magnificence of who you are being born, right in front of you.
