One of the major ways in which society is being restructured is that a new foundation, a new gridwork, a new form is being laid out upon which the social and economic structure will be based. We would wish to encourage all that come in contact with this information to feel that they are a part of this experience and know that they have a role to play. The work that is being done to transform society must be done on many levels. It must be brought forth on the material as well of the spiritual and social levels. This new structure must be put in place by individuals who feel a certain amount of freedom from the structure that has been in place for so long. These people will feel a new horizon, a new beginning stirring within them. They will feel that there are new ways in which to work. They will have new ideas to put into motion. This new potential of society will be brought forth by those who are willing to leave behind some of the old structures and are willing to create new structures and foundations upon which prosperity and flow of economic beauty may be brought forth. Many are having the experience now of being released from the old forms and structures of prosperity. They may feel that they have been rejected or left behind, or no longer feel comfortable in "fitting in" to some of the older structures that presently exist. These older structures were valuable at one time, but are not meeting the needs of individuals now. The perspective of caring has been lost within this old structure. Many of the ideals of a employer caring for and supporting those that produce the work has been abandoned. The individual must become more self-sufficient and create unto themselves and unto their world a type of work structure that will bring self-sufficiency, prosperity and growth. The energies that are used to bring forth this change is often difficult and hard to understand. It is often filled with problems and complications. It is often confusing to feel that the structures that you have felt comfortable in, in the past, will no longer support you, sustain you, or keep you secure and safe. It is important not to feel horrified, offended or saddened when you feel your financial structure crumbling around you. You must realize that a new structure for you. The age of the vast, protective, parental corporation is beginning to dwindle. The aspects of the Spiritual Entrepreneur are coming to the forefront. It is important to have a structure that will maintain the values of this new era, This New Age that approaches The needs of this new era must be filled. It is important that there be a foundation of spirituality within every business. The must be a structure that incorporates the principles that All are One, Money is Energy that flows, All are Equal. These three concepts will be the basis of a new financial structure in your society. It will be a new material foundation. and a new social perspective of prosperity and abundance. One will not toil hard and long to create abundance for those that are not involved in the production of a product. No longer will some sit in offices, detached and indifferent to those who produce for them. They will no longer be able to disregard the effects that their product has on the environment and the inhabitants of their production areas. Caring for all that are involved within a venture is an essential part of a business. They must not feel that they will get the most for the least of those that work for them, but that with their endeavors, they will be bringing forth greatness for all concerned. All should share, to some extent, of the bounty of this creation. Creating more equality in the returns for all that work, and feeling That there may be some interchange of roles, will help to change some of the structures. Now, though you may live in a society that is "Classless", the politics of finance create a social structure that is difficult for those on both ends of the spectrum. For those that have extreme abundance are isolated from their fellow man. It does not help them to care about those less fortunate then them. It does not help them to see that they must be more willing to share. It creates barriers to your love, to your communication, and to your development that go far beyond The amount of money that one has. Existing financial structures create great boundaries and prevent all from loving each other equally. It prevents sharing, caring, support and openness. This wall of prosperity you off from each other. It creates a great chasm within you heart and mind. This is The greatest sadness. This is one aspect That will be changed, That is in need of transformation. You will all come to value each other more. Now it is that great prosperity isolates and cut one off from others. It is the fear of losing what has been obtained, also creates great trauma. More will come to know who they really are and have much more acceptance and respect for each other. Many skill and qualities will be valued that are not presently. Many ways of knowing and understanding each other will come to the forefront. This lack of harmony from the changing energies hitting this planet has caused the present structures not to work productively. We would wish to encourage you all to see yourselves as part of this expansion and change. In whatever way you create prosperity that honors yourself and is in harmony with your skills and allows you to value others will resonate you with the foundation that is to come. By simply doing what is in harmony with yourself, however unique or unusual, however contrary to that which is socially acceptable, you are helping to strengthen within the consciousness of all, this new structure of prosperity and abundance. You all have within you the potential and the desire to create something new within your existence. This desire alone will help you to formulate what is correct for you and in what way you may work toward bringing success for yourself and others. This new structure is important on many levels. For it is the sharing, the interchange, and the value that you will be able to give to others is just as important as the abundance. It is important to see this shift coming. You may release the concept of a great organization sustaining you and be open to the idea of a New Universe where you have direct connection and impact what you are bringing forth. A certain level of purity must be attained. Purity of idea, purity of motive and purity of emotions. You must see yourself as not only helping yourself but seeing the part that your work will play within this Universe; the value that it will have and the way it will help others. This will help reduce industries that prey upon the weakness of humans, that prey upon imperfections, vices and addictions of humankind. A spiritual economic structure will reduce the flow of these problems and traumas they create upon the planet a shift within the economic structure is coming so that many of the industries that now create greed in these fields will become weakened. There are many ways that the work of the Spiritual Entrepreneur will heal the planet so it is important to realize that this change is not only bringing you greater prosperity, but also bringing great healing to your planet and to the cycles of creating sustenance from that which feeds the weakness and the negativity of your species. You will find, and others will as well, that this is part of a great process of purification, a great learning, of a great way of functioning, and a great way of bringing forth the beauty of your universe.
